ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE (Preferably Mandarin Speaking Candidates)

Job Responsibilities:

• Able to handle full set account of manufacturing operations (UBS Accounting System).

• Handling account of AP and AR.

• Prepare monthly payroll and file mandatory contribution.

• SST processing.

• Prepare monthly payment, suppliers' and employers' claims.

• Prepare and process indirect taxes computation, submission and payment.

• Liaise with external parties such as suppliers, customers, auditor and banker whenever is necessary.

• Responsible for the preparation of financial report.

• Handling cash flow.

• Responsible for other ad-hoc task of the company.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent.

• Required language(s): Mandarin.

• At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

• Required Skill(s): SQL Software, Microsoft Excel.

• Able to take initiative and work under minimal supervision.

PROJECT ASSISTANT (Preferably Mandarin Speaking Candidates)

Job Responsibilities:

• Performing calculations for materials and weight limitations.

• Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from clients.

• Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings.

• Ensuring project deadlines are met.

• Providing administrative support as needed.

• Undertaking project tasks as required.

• Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.

• Responsible for other ad-hoc task of the company.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma.

• At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

• Must be self-motivated, proactive, and able to work well under pressure to manage multi-tasking.

• Ability to work creatively and analytically in problem-solving environment, with a strong customer centricity and commitment to deliver.

• Team-player attitude, with strong interpersonal skills.

DRAUGHTSMAN

Job Responsibilities:

• Following specifications and calculations to create various technical drawings.

• Produce 2D electrical drawings based on customers' requirements.

• Create assembly drawings for manufacturing team.

• Communicating with architects and engineers, and incorporating knowledge gained into drawings.

• Preparing, reviewing and redrafting alongside the engineering team.

• Ensuring final designs are compliant with building regulations.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma.

• At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

• Required Skill(s): AutoCAD Software, Microsoft Office.

STOREKEEPER

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain receipts, records, and withdrawals of the stockroom.

• Receive, unload, and shelve supplies.

• Perform other stock-related duties, including returning, packing, pricing, and labeling supplies.

• Inspect deliveries for damage or discrepancies.

• Rotate stock and coordinate the disposal of surpluses.

• Ensure adequate record keeping and manage all documentation to confirm proper stock levels and maintain inventory control.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least SPM or higher.

• Min 1-2 years working experience in the related field.

• Computer literate is preferred.
